Any order of an article on the site implies consultation and prior acceptance of the conditions of sale.

All the pieces of pottery offered are entirely shaped by hand, in a unique, original piece, signed by the potter.

The photographs of the pottery pieces are as faithful as possible, accompanied by a detailed description and dimensions of the piece (interior dimensions for pots for bonsai, Shohin and Shitakusamono Pots, bowls and teapots), however cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the proposed item.

When ordering an artisanal, personalized, custom-made pottery, each piece is worked by the imprint of the hands of the potter, then finally, following the alchemy of materials and "high heat" cooking, the shape, color, size may differ slightly.

Personalized pottery, made to order requires a time limit for completion, specified by the site, upon receipt of the order, which may not exceed 6 months from the payment of the deposit.

-The prices indicated on the site are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

-The delivery and packaging costs are invoiced in addition and specified to the customer before the final validation of the order.

-Céramique-koenig.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time (however the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered.

-The products sold remain the property of Céramique-koenig.com until full payment.

For parts over 30kg or larger, an estimate will be made.

Shipping costs, customs taxes and formalities are the sole responsibility of customers.

Céramique-koenig.com undertakes to do everything in its power to deliver the parts exhibited on site and ordered, within the shortest time possible from 3 to 20 days (given as an indication) subject to validation of payment.

Shipments are made by registered Colissimo through the Post Office.

We decline any responsibility concerning the loss, deterioration, breakage, or delay of delivery by the Post office. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods.

If a package arrives at the damaged recipient (traces of opening, breakage, deterioration of the part or parts), it is up to the recipient to check the shipments on arrival and to make all the reservations and complaints that appear justified.

Refuse the parcel which will then be directly returned to us.

You will not be able to make a complaint. You will have the possibility to file a claim on the site of the carrier to make a claim for compensation by the carrier.

The buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from receipt of the package.

All returns must be notified in advance by e-mail. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The acquisition of an article, a pottery piece through this site implies an unconditional acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.

All pottery pieces are handcrafted, unique, original and signed by Jean-Philippe Koenig.

The pictures of each pot are as accurate as possible, accompagnied with a detailed description (external and internal sizes for Bonsaï , Shohin and Shitakusamono Pots) but cannot ensure a pefect similarity with the proposal article.

All the pieces of Pottery presented here are unique, limited series ; slight variations in size and color are part of a hancrafted work.

For personalized pieces and specific orders, the delivery time may not exceed 6 months from the payment of the deposit.

-Al prices listed on the site are indicated in Euros, are net and excluding postage.

-Shipping cost and packing will be precised to the customer before validation of the order. The customer will receive a command confirmation e-mail.

-Céramique-koenig.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, being unsdertood that the price listed in the site will be the only one applicable to the customer.

For pots in stock, the payment is made to order.

For specific orders, a 30% deposit will be required, and the order will be shipped after full payment. In case of cancellation of an order, the deposit will be retained.

Proposed articles presented in the site are available in metropolitan France, French Overseas Territories and all around the world (except for some pieces of Pottery, more fragile only presented on exhibitions).

For products exceeding 30 kg or with maximal dimensions, an estimate will be made.Shipping costs, custom taxes and formalities are the sole responsability of the customers.

Ceramique-koenig.com is commited to operate everything to deliver parts ordered for the fastest deadlines, this period may vary from 3 to 20 days subject to confirmation of payment.

The pots are shipped via Collissimo , the French Post, with a parcel tracking number.

We cannot held responsible for loss, damage, errors or failure to deliver a delays shipment by the post. We strongly recommend you verify parcels in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage, the customer has to notify it on the delivery receipt.

Possible delays do not right to the buyer to cancel purchase.

We take the greatest precations in packing our pieces, we use double and triple fluting. We don’t hesitate to doble the cardboard and the pieces are packed in bubble-wrap.

The consumer customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days as from the delivery of his order to make return of the product. 

The customer may inform Ceramique-koenig.com by email about the returning package.The product must be returned intact, in perfect condition in its original packaging . The customer must make his return via Collissimo expert, delivered against signature.

In accordance with French Law, conforming to the retraction period, the conditions of exchange and of returns items is not relevant for personalized pieces and specific orders.
